Since R.E.M was founded in Elly and Rhys' family home, she has worked across most roles in the business ensuring its values and professionalism remain central to everything the team does.

Senior Electrical Supervisor
Nathan brings more than a decade of electrical experience to the team having worked on projects of all sizes across Australia. Most recently he's led R.E.M teams on major projects including Beyondie and Snowy Hydro with his primary focus on efficiency and safety. Nathan's can-do attitude, management skills, and work ethic make him an invaluable asset to our team and clients.
